The Student Affairs Department is one of the important and basic departments in the college,
and in order to support and enhance the student’s personality and his intellectual and emotional development to help him integrate with others in the college, by taking care of all student matters.
And that would be by the process of building good citizenship through coordination with all departments in the college to achieve the desired goals.
The department also aims to build a generation of students who enjoy psychological, physical and mental health, and military discipline, by developing their abilities, stimulating their energies, and developing positive values in them, to contribute effectively to serve their country and their citizen.
The Student Affairs Department includes sections that provide the opportunity for students to benefit from their free time, refine their personalities, connect them with the surrounding environment and interact with them through their participation in social, cultural and sports committees, which are:
1. Supervising the military student’s discipline.
2. Supervising students' commitment to the theoretical lectures timing and queues, according to the daily practical program.
3. Supervising the students' writing assessment reports.
4. Supervising the provision of instructions to the students in various matters such as the academic, behavioral and military discipline on a regular basis.
5. Coordination and supervision of extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural and social activities.
6. Supervising the introductory and awareness lectures on the college's internal system for new admitted students to the college.
7. Supervising all administrative matters for students (such as sick leaves, vacations, part time leave, etc.).
8. Supervising the preparation of the social responsibility plan and following up applying it.
9. Placement the suitable troop commanders and officers each semester
